The Association just received a new Tax Alert summarizing the changes made by all the tax legislation that passed during the General Assembly’s regular session that just adjourned. Bill Nelson, a partner with Smith Anderson, provided NCACPA with this timely information. The Tax Alert updates and supplements the previous alert Bill prepared on the budget bill by including information about the other bills amending Chapter 105. It also briefly discusses the bills that did not pass.
