Banking Recruitment & the Pipeline

12:00 pm–1:00 pm ET

Calling all banking and finance professionals! NCACPA has been working closely with a small group of your colleagues from diverse companies to develop content specifically for you. Join us for our second panel event to discuss recruitment and pipeline efforts in the banking industry, “hot topics” recognized by your peers.

With the “great resignation” actively impacting us all, recruitment and fueling the banking industries pipeline has never been more critical, and challenging. What different recruitment measures are being utilized? What can be done to support the pipeline and positively influence entry level banking and finance professionals interested in accessing the industry? Come to hear from the panelists on recruitment strategies, best practices for capturing and evaluating candidates, and what institutions can do to help bridge the gap between growing the banking industries pipeline and filling available vacancies.

The Zoom access link will be provided in the confirmation email.  *This is a non-CPE event
