# of CPE Credits

Our certified diversity executives and content writers, led by a published diversity domain expert, have completed more than 1000 hours of research on diversity and inclusion topics in completing our online course, Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox . This online, self-guided, five module course is designed to help organizations lay the foundation for success in connecting D&I efforts to achieving measurable and significant business outcomes. This course has been reviewed by a global team of experts in the fields of business, diversity and communication, Emmy-award winners and TEDx speakers to create a resource that is both educational and engaging.
Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox is ADA compliant and offers multiple teaching mediums including text, audio with (and without) slides, video, webinars, downloadable resources and in-course exercises to accommodate different learning styles.
In our research, we have found that self-guided courses are a more effective way to introduce diversity and inclusion into organizations, as they provide a learning environment that allows the psychological safety to explore uncomfortable topics, allow time to process new concepts and establish foundational competency before engaging in conversations more broadly.
