Can a good team reach the top of the hill? Yes, but it is important for the steps to be understood and accepted by the team members.
Objective
* Learn the basic steps of how a team forms and progresses to performing at a high level * Understand the steps to take for a new or struggling team * At the end of the class, have a perspective of how to make the teams you are involved in better at what they do

* Learn the four stages of a team’s evolution and how to recognize what stage your team is in * Grasp the three key elements of a team’s behavior and how to capitalize on leveraging these elements for the success of your team * How to leverage the superstar of your team to make the team achieve more, especially if you are the superstar
