performance. Yet, that connection still feels elusive. This session delves into
the relationship between these terms and how culture directly impacts their
effectiveness. We will differentiate diversity and inclusion and explore how
they come together to create a culture that powers high–performing
teams.
Objective
At the end of this session, attendees will recognize how diversity impacts group dynamics as it relates to firm culture and organizational performance.
