A financial professional and leader should recognize communication is a fundamental skill that needs constant attention to learn new techniques and also feel comfortable with the latest technology. We will focus on how to deliver a practical and effective message—both written and oral. There will also be significant time discovering listening skills, the most under-utilized communication skill of all.
