This is an entertaining seminar aimed at gaining insight into “difficult” people and how to work with them, as well as developing your skills in dealing with these situations. You won’t learn how to “fix” anybody, but the seminar will equip you for the practical application of strategies for understanding yourself and others better.

Objective

* Learn new skills to work with others who may be different or difficult in your current situations, whether in or out of work * How we react to these “difficult people” can determine how effective we are in our roles and will have a major effect on the quality of the work that gets produced from your position and department * Learn how to control your own emotional reactions to difficult people and specific techniques for working effectively in these tough times

* This class focuses on learning the many aspects that contribute to the different behavior in the people around us * Walk out of this class with new skills in recognizing and working with the different factors that affect many people’s actions
