Description

Unspoken norms are a more powerful indicator of organizational culture than written codes, standards, or policies. Organizational success has less to do with the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its members than the complex patterns of communication within the system. The problem is that these characteristics aren’t easy to quantify so they must be measured in a different way. This session will teach participants methods to assess hidden organizational characteristics and introduce attendees to a revolutionary approach to understanding systems thinking and culture.
