If you use Outlook® to process your email, you are likely spending a substantial part of your day processing incoming email messages. This course is designed to show you a multitude of tips and tricks to reduce time spent processing emails. We will cover every feature available in Outlook to streamline and automate your email processing. Note—This is one of two Outlook email courses we offer. While this course focuses on the inbound side of Outlook email, our other course titled “Mastering Email Composition from A to Z” focuses on the outbound side of Outlook. Together, these two courses provides you with a significant productivity boost.
Upon completion of this course, you will be * Completely familiar with all of the functionality that OneNote® has to offer * Prepared to establish a comprehensive note and communications tracking system * Able to share your notes, to-do lists, etc., with people inside and outside your organization

CPE Select Pass Policies
The CPE Select pass is available only for NCACPA members and the price is applicable for an individual user. The pass includes access to on demand and webinar programs, but excludes webcasts, “hot topic” webinars, and on demand Ethics programming. All eligible programs for the CPE Select pass will be marked in the online catalog and in promotions. Licensed CPAs who elect the student membership status must provide proof of enrollment in an advanced degree.
The CPE Select pass grants unlimited access to qualifying webinars and on demand programs on a calendar-year basis.
We anticipate a spike in webinar activity later in the calendar year, and NCACPA is not liable for third-party service outages that may occur. Please plan your CPE before 12/31 to avoid any unforeseen technology issues.
