As a member of NCACPA’s Professional Development team, Ian provides support through a variety of tasks related to online learning, seminars, customized learning, and conferences. Ian graduated with a degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He served in the United States Peace Corps in Ethiopia for 27 months as an English Language Facilitator serving rural communities with education, training, workshops, counseling, and camp planning. Ian spends his free time volunteering with his local Toast Master’s club, volunteering with Activate Good, attending Carolina Hurricanes games, jogging, hiking, and studying Spanish.

- Raised $2000 within 24 hours to be distributed to his hometown community of Chinquapin, NC for Hurricane Florence relief.
