A self-paced format delivered at your convenience. You can view and interact with this program on your computer, laptop, or smart device in the comfort of your office or home. In order to receive CPE credit you will have to complete a final exam.

ON DEMAND STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- When you’re ready to begin, locate the course title in your Learning Record and click View Now to watch the video segment.
- When finished, click Quiz at the top of the viewer. Answer all of the questions and click Continue.
- You will then be redirected to your Learning Record where you will take the Final Exam. You will have three attempts to pass the exam with a 70% passing rate.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants agree to review and abide by the following NCACPA cancellation policy (revised for events occurring between June 22, 2020–April 30, 2022), adopted by its Board of Directors:
- Cancellations to webinar and webcast programs made less than one business day prior will incur an administrative fee of approximately 30%. Those made after the program will forfeit the entire registration fee and materials.
- Cancellation requests for on demand programs made after the course has been accessed will forfeit the entire registration fee and materials.
- Transfer fees are being waived entirely for programs occurring between June 22, 2020–April 30, 2022.
Please note: If you experience technical difficulty during a web-based program, you must contact NCACPA within 72 business hours of the program to transfer to a different program or receive a refund.
