Can I register on-site for the Beach Cluster event?
What is being done in order to ensure safety during the event?
NCACPA, as well as our vendors, continue to follow the CDC, NC DHHS, and county mandates for recommendations on safety protocols and guidelines. At a minimum, NCACPA’s in-person requirements will meet current CDC and NC DHHS recommendations for the health and safety of all attendees. Safety requirements are subject to change at any point leading up to an in-person event.
NCACPA supports the health and well-being of its community and has collaborated with event facilities to develop safety measures designed to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infections. Despite NCACPA’s efforts to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infections, it is impossible to eliminate the possibility that you could be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while participating in an NCACPA onsite event or at other event facilities.
We have developed this safety model to make our 2022 events safe, secure, and enjoyable for all.

What if I live outside of North Carolina?
Is your society not holding a CPE Beach Cluster this year? You don’t have to miss out! NCACPA’s CPE Beach Cluster is always open to members and nonmembers, but if you’re a member of another state society, we are now offering special “Other State Society” pricing just for you! For members of other state societies that would like to join us in Wrightsville Beach this year for CPE Beach Cluster, your cost is $150 per session (if you register by the early bird date) or $175 per session regularly.

PLEASE NOTE
Our safety guidelines are subject to change at any time. We ask that in-person attendees follow all safety instructions provided by NCACPA staff at all times, and that you do not attend any in-person event if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.
