NCACPA advises its members that vendors offering computer programming are instructed to complete a thorough check of all computer hardware on a regular basis to reduce the potential for spreading computer viruses. Members should be advised that commercially available programs to detect viruses are not foolproof. The association accepts no responsibility for the inadvertent spread of a computer virus, and members enrolling in NCACPA computer courses acknowledge the risk involved and agree to hold the association harmless.
NCACPA reserves the right to make changes to prices, dates, locations, and speakers at any time without notice. NCACPA reserves the right to cancel a course because of an insufficient number of registrations. On the rare occasion NCACPA must cancel a program due to inadequate registrations, participants will be notified no less than one week prior to the program. Early registration helps avoid program cancellations. Additionally, we may cancel a program at the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather or speaker illness. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
NCACPA does not assume financial responsibility for penalties or expenses incurred by registrants who must cancel travel arrangements due to course cancellation.
