Today, March 8, marks International Women’s Day (IWD), where people around the world celebrate the social, financial, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year’s theme for IWD is “Choose to Challenge.” By choosing to challenge bias and inequality, we can aid in creating a more inclusive society.
